Service Agreement

1. Workshop Venue
All workshops take place in the designated school hall, with the class teacher present throughout
the session. Additional adults such as teaching assistants are also welcome to attend.

2. Registration and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Details of payment methods and deadlines will
be provided during the booking process.

3. Attendance and Punctuality
Participants should arrive on time to fully benefit from the workshop. Late arrivals may miss key
parts of the session.

4. Parental Consent
Parental or guardian consent is mandatory for all participants. Schools should ensure that
parents/guardians are made aware of the details of the workshop.

5. Allergies and Sensitivities
Please notify us of any allergies or sensory sensitivities your children may have prior to the
workshop. While every effort will be made to accommodate individual needs, complete avoidance
of all allergens or irritants cannot be guaranteed.

6. Supervision
The class teacher supervises attendees during workshops. The facilitator manages the delivery of
activities but is not responsible for ongoing supervision outside workshop hours.

7. Health and Safety
Sensory Stories Derbyshire adheres to all relevant health and safety guidelines. Please inform us
of any medical conditions or special requirements before the workshop day.

8. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, school protocols will be followed, and parents or guardians will be
contacted promptly.

9. Behaviour and Conduct
Respectful behaviour is required from all participants. Disruptive conduct may lead to removal
from the workshop without refund.

10. Photography and Recording
Recording or taking photographs during the workshops is prohibited unless prior authorization is
given by Sensory Stories Derbyshire and the school.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy
 If Sensory Stories Derbyshire cancels a workshop, full refunds or rescheduling options will
be offered.
 Workshops are non-refundable if cancelled by the school.

12. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Sensory Stories Derbyshire is not liable for
any loss or damage.

13. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. Sensory Stories Derbyshire cannot be held liable for any injury,
loss, or damage incurred during the workshop.

14. Data Protection
Personal information provided is used solely for workshop administration and will be handled
according to data protection laws.

15. Workshop Content
Workshops are designed for primary-aged children between years 1-6. Please contact us if your
child has specific needs or requires additional support.
